Book Launch: Oxford Handbook of International Refugee Law

03 May 2021

Refugee REACH director Sarah Dryden-Peterson and affiliate Hania Mariën have jointly contributed a chapter in The Oxford Handbook of International Refugee Law, focusing on the right to education.

Please join us on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, for the global virtual launch event highlighting this new, state-of-the-art analysis of the situation for refugees today. This 65-chapter reference work, involving 78 authors—including 48 women—critiques the status quo in international refugee law and sets the agenda for future research.

The handbook also examines a wide range of legal instruments relevant to refugee protection, including from international human rights law, international humanitarian law, international migration law, the law of the sea, and international and transnational criminal law.
